Meet The Health Nerds

Amy Haugen

Hi I’m Amy!

Let me tell you a little about myself!

I have been a registered dental hygienist for over 30 years, graduating from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor degree in science with Dental Hygiene as my major.  I worked in Minnesota and Colorado before moving to Boise, Idaho where I currently live and play.  I’ve received the Dental Hygienist of the Year Award as well as I was the Idaho director of Special Smiles program for the Special Olympics for 10 years, while finishing my masters degree in Organizational Leadership.

My passion is coming along side hormonally frustrated women and guiding them in “beeting” their health in any and every way possible.  I became a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach because I believe in finding the root cause of problems and wanted a better solution for getting myself, my family, and my patients healthy.

I became Nationally Board Certified in health and wellness as a way to prove to my clients and patients I am serious about caring for them in the best possible way, and I also have a certification in Menopause because seeing my patients and clients thrive and “beeting” their health during this challenging time of life is my speciality. We are in this together!

Kellye Ryan

Hi I’m Kellye!

I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach passionate about empowering women—especially those in midlife—to take control of their health through nutrition, lifestyle, and functional wellness.

With a foundation in biochemistry and a background in pharmaceutical sales, I've spent over a decade coaching women in business and personal development. My commitment to health coaching is rooted in my family's health challenges, which inspired me to help others advocate for their health and well-being.

I hold a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, am a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, and am a Pilates instructor. In my coaching practice, HealthStyle Co LLC, I take a holistic and personalized approach to simplifying health habits to ensure my clients feel empowered to become the CEOs of their well-being. My special health interests include supporting women through menopause and addressing endometriosis.

When I'm not coaching, I love learning about nutritional biochemistry (I'm a true health nerd!), traveling, playing golf, and skiing with friends and family.
